Anna Kendrick is teasing us, teasing us I tell you.
The actress posted a picture with her Pitch Perfect girlfriends on her Instagram page, fueling rumours that there might be a fourth film.
Kendrick plays the rebellious Beca Mitchell in the acapella film, and she posted a group photo with three of her costars, Anna Camp, Chrissie Fit and Ester Dean on Instagram.
In the shot, the four women are all smiles and look casual in jackets and jeans, with Kendrick wearing glasses and Camp, 36 donned in a baseball cap.
Corruption league, the 33-year-old captioned the cheeky snap.
Kendrick is the second Pitch Perfect cast member to post a mini reunion picture on Instagram.
Fanning the sequel flames Rebel Wilson, who plays Fat Amy in the movies, posted a picture with Anna Camp, Brittany Snow and Anna Kendrick on Instagram. In a tongue-in-cheek shot, all the ladies hold up four fingers, and she later appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show on 31 October where she teased fans with the possibility of the teen movies return.
When asked directly if there will be a new movie, she kept largely mum, and got the rumours flying when she admitted: I mean, I cant say anything officially.
She added: Definitely Ill be filming another musical film in the next 12 months, I can say that. Youll see me singing a bit more.
The last time all four women shared screen time was back in 2017 when they reunited for Pitch Perfect 3.
Snow, who plays Chloe Beale in the movie, said shed be down for a fourth installment, too.
I think all of us would be game for it, she told Extra in September. We have the best time filming those movies. We made some of our best friends during that franchise…part of us knows that chapter might be closed and is okay with that, but were still incredibly close and we will probably make them – if they want us to – until the end of time.
Ok. Pitch Perfect 4 needs to happen ASAP.
