Wisconsin governor turns down pardon request from ‘Making a Murderer’ subject Brendan Dassey

In a letter, Evers said Dassey hasn't satisfied certain criteria.Dassey and his uncle Stephen Avery were convicted of murder in the death of Teresa Halbach.
