Biden Votes in Person in Delaware Primary

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden voted in person on Monday. Biden, 77, cast his ballot in the state primary election along with his wife, Jill Biden. The couple departed their home on Monday morning and traveled to the New Castle County Board of Elections in Wilmington. It's a 15-minute car ride from the house.
